Mr. Law Kam-chuen possesses over forty years of experience in youth development and social voluntary service. He was previously appointed as the Assistant District Commissioner of the Scout Association of Hong Kong and served as the Head of Communications and Public Affairs for an international non-profit organization, making significant contributions to the field of public service.

Over the years, Mr. Law has focused on planning and promoting diverse youth leadership training programs. Through systematic training, he helps young people build discipline, self-confidence, teamwork, and a sense of social responsibility, equipping them to face future challenges. He places great emphasis on activity safety and professional standards, having established comprehensive risk management and disaster prevention mechanisms, including the promotion of the "72-hour emergency kit" and community reserve concepts. Simultaneously, he actively facilitates resource integration, striving to create equitable development opportunities for grassroots and underprivileged youth. By helping them master new skills and establish life goals, he provides spiritual and career planning guidance, supporting them in making informed choices during critical stages of life.

Mr. Law also advocates for healthy family values, believing that a stable family is the cornerstone of a young person's growth. He promotes a parallel approach of family education and youth support to foster community stability and intergenerational legacy. With five decades of practical experience in youth activities, he is deeply convinced that youth cultivation is the foundation of long-term social development. He hopes that through continuous effort, a new generation with character and commitment can be nurtured.

Currently, he continues to drive social inclusion, youth development, and philanthropic work. He aims to combine the strength of foundations with community resources to cultivate future leaders and work together to build a more loving and hopeful Hong Kong.
